I'm thinking Warrior or Lord for Mundus Stone - not entirely sure if the Champion stuff is part of ESO-TU or not, but I imagine I'll find out sooner or later. And I was already planning on Fighter's Guild, as well as Blacksmithing and Enchanting (maybe some Clothier as well, because right now I'm thinking 5 Heavy/2 Medium for armor). The moment I started looking more closely at skills, it screamed Templar to me as well. So, I'm curious for thoughts about which class may be the better fit.Īlso: can anyone recommend a good ESO build calculator site? There seems to be several out there, and I'm not sure which one to try first. I confess, I'm leaning towards Templar, since it seems to have more of The Lion's flavor, if you will, than Dragon Knight does (though I imagine Dragon Knight could also really do the trick quite well). So Khajiit is a given (even though it means I have to be a good little Aldmeri Dominion loyalist, and I hated the AD in Skyrim). And, admittedly, I have always loved the Character Build Archives (enough to have attempted the Crossworlds Event several months back, and there's still a "Snow Elf" build lurking in the background that needs to be worked on as well).ĭigression aside - there's actually a Skyrim build that I really want to try and convert over for ESO.: namely, Panthera's The Lion.

I confess, when it comes to Elder Scrolls, Skyrim is my first love - mostly because I haven't taken the opportunity to get neither Morrowind (which I honestly do not recall offhand if it was released for the 360) nor Oblivion (which I really should get, I know). (oh come on, you knew there was a but coming) I've been frequenting the Battlemaster's Corner the last few days, looking at the various builds they've highlighted since ESO came out. So, I was wondering if anyone had tried playing this (or even heard of it before). The only problem is, what little I've found thus far seems focused solely on Veteran Ranks and the like - I can find nothing so far for the actual leveling up (like Magicka/Health/Stamina distribution, mainly - they have the skills needed for both bars, at least). Recently, however, I came upon mention of a Daedric Master build for Sorcerer - a Sorcerer tank making extensive use of Daedric Summoning with One-Handed & Shield and Restoration Staff as the two weapons of choice, as well as making use of Daedric summons to further bolster effectiveness. twice, all told, and currently at lvl 9 - I would probably be a bit higher level than that by now, I imagine, but I got sidetracked by Destiny's Iron Banner this past week, so it's kept me at bay. At Teccam's suggestion, I looked at the Umbra Nightblade build by Deltia, and it's been rather interesting thus far. Thus far, playing a Breton Nightblade has been interesting.
